# Refund & Returns Policy
Thank you for shopping at Aiartto. Every artwork we offer is produced using a Print-on-Demand (POD) model and made-to-order specifically for each customer. For this reason, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for orders where the customer simply changes their mind.
We care deeply about the quality of our art and your satisfaction. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund.
## Eligibility for Replacement or Refund
You may request a replacement or refund if:
- The product is damaged during shipping
- There is a manufacturing or printing defect
- You received the wrong item
## How to Report an Issue
Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order by email at info@aiartto.com.
Include:
1. Your order number
2. A clear photo of the product and the issue
Our team will review your case soon as possible and confirm the next steps. If approved, we will arrange a free replacement or issue a refund if a replacement is not possible.
## Important Notes
- As all products are custom-made, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for change-of-mind purchases.
- Refunds will only be processed back to the original payment method.
-Slight color variations may occur due to differences in monitor settings versus printed output. In addition, digital artworks naturally contain visible pixels when viewed closely. These characteristics are normal and not considered defects.
This policy follows EU consumer protection law, which exempts custom-made products from the standard right of withdrawal.
